TJ WARD - Leadership Development & Strategic Growth

TJ serves as the Manager of Leadership Development & Strategic Growth at The Resource, and holds a Master of Science Degree in Management and Administration from Nova Southeastern University. TJ is an engaging speaker who helped grow two large non-profit organizations from the ground up. He attributes much of his success to learning how to communicate effectively with others.
