She’s led TR through the challenges of growth, expansion, consolidation, and recession, and continues to operate from a very proactive point of view to always solve for the future. In 2013 Kathy incorporated The CORE Assessment™ into The Resource's day-to-day operations and internal staff development, then offering the assessment and CORE Hiring System to customers in 2015.
