In this virtual workshop, you will learn more about empathy and discover 10 steps that you can personally take to increase your empathy. You will also learn some things that your organization can consider to cultivate a more empathetic culture.

Meet the Presenter:

LESLIE SPEAS - VP of Culture & Consulting, THE RESOURCE

Leslie Speas is a dedicated Human Resources and Organizational Development professional with over 25 years of experience in all areas of the HR field. During her career, she's built several HR departments from the ground up, and now leads the Consulting division of The Resource. Leslie is passionate about helping companies to elevate their performance through their people. She has a Masters degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and HR Management, as well as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, and CSP certifications. She is also a Certified Professional Coach. Leslie has over 10 years of experience as a facilitator of Diversity/Inclusion classes.
