DARIO CALABRO of TREVERO Consulting

Dario is a Leadership Development Consultant at Trevero. He has a Masters Degree in Business Management from Wake Forest University School of Business, as well as an undergraduate degree in Philosophy. Dario has worked to enhance the Diversity and Inclusion space for the better part of a decade. As a student in undergrad he worked on, led, and created D&I programs that would allow students of diverse backgrounds to grow and lead in spaces where representation is lacking. As a Diversity Admissions Counselor, Dario directly impacted the rate at which diverse students attended college, implementing various training programs that have encouraged diversity within higher education. As one of the leaders for Allies for Equity, Dario grew his self-awareness by giving others the ability to find their voice, getting out of their way, and encouraging others of diverse backgrounds to become Allies to those who feel the inequity in our society.

LESLIE SPEAS of THE RESOURCE

Leslie Speas is a dedicated Human Resources and Organizational Development professional with over 25 years of experience in all areas of the HR field. During her career, she's built several HR departments from the ground up, and now leads the Consulting division of The Resource. Leslie is passionate about helping companies to elevate their performance through their people. She has a Masters degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and HR Management, as well as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, and CSP certifications. She is also a Certified Professional Coach. Leslie has over 10 years of experience as a facilitator of Diversity/Inclusion classes.
