Leslie Speas is a dedicated Human Resources and Organizational Development professional with 30 years of experience in all areas of the HR field. During her career, she's built several HR departments from the ground up, and has worked in the Manufacturing, Healthcare, Service and Technology Industries. Leslie is passionate about helping companies to elevate their performance through their people. She has a Masters degree in Organizational Psychology and HR Management, as well as senior HR certifications through HRCI and SHRM, and CSP certification. She is also a Certified Professional Coach.
