Accessing your 2018 W-2 online 

1. Go to www.congruityhr.com 2. Click on “Launchpad” 3. On the right side, underneath Employee, click on “Legacy Portal” 4. Click on “Legacy Employee Summit Portal” 5. If you have not previously registered, click on “Employee Sign Up.” If you have previously registered, log in and skip to step 10. If you are unable to login, skip to step 9. 6. Enter email address, last name, social security number 7. An email will be sent with a temporary password. Copy the temporary password and login 8. You will have to set up a new password 9. ** If you are already registered and have forgotten your password, click “forgot password”, enter username (which is the email address you originally used signing up) and then enter. An email will be sent with a temporary password. Copy the temporary password and login. 10. Click on the 2019 in the top right corner and change to 2018 11. Click on the “Employee” 12. Click on “My Information” 13. Click on “2018 W-2” 14. Print
